A local tattoo shop is relocating as part of the redevelopment plans for Downtown Container Park, which will transition from a temporary arts and entertainment hub into a more permanent mixed-use space. The shop’s move reflects broader changes in the area, where temporary vendors and businesses are being phased out to make way for new commercial and residential developments. While the shift may disrupt some long-standing operations, officials emphasize the long-term vision of creating a more sustainable and integrated community space. Residents and visitors may notice fewer pop-up stalls but could see new amenities and attractions in the coming months.
